Daily Itinerary
Your guide will introduce you to this beautiful garden city, visiting the Arts Centre, the graceful Avon River, the Bridge of Remembrance and more. After lunch, head to beautiful Lake Tekapo, where the turquoise rocks on the lakebed give the water a dreamy emerald-green haze, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Then visit the Church of the Good Shepherd, the most famous landmark of the Tekapo lake district. For dinner, savour the sashimi of the world's highest-altitude salmon, and stay overnight in the Dark Sky Reserve. Please note: the coach departs Christchurch promptly at 13:00; guests whose flights are delayed must arrange their own onward transport.
